Admission into all full time ND programme is through the UTME, examination being handled by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). Candidates are to check the JAMB Brochure for the general entry requirements and as well take note of the specific course requirements with respect to Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo. In addition, candidates must obtain five credits at WASC/GCE O’L/SSCE/NECO/
NABTEB at not more than two sittings.

Candidates must possess five

Physics.
Candidates must possess five credit passes in Animal Husbandry/Biology/Agricultural Science/Chemistry, Mathematics /Statistics and two subjects from the following: Further Mathematics, Geography, Economics, and Physics. A (D7) pass in English Language is compulsory. Candidates must possess five credit passes in Chemistry, Animal Science/Biology/Agricultural Science, Mathematics and any two of the following: English Language, Physics, Geography, Economics or Statistics. At least a pass in English Language and Physics are compulsory. Candidates must possess five credit passes in Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and any three (3) subjects from the following: Geography, Mathematics, Economics, Technical Drawing, Physics and English Language. Waiver: A Pass in English Language and Mathematics is compulsory.
